I experienced several issues after the purchase process.
First, I couldn’t easily find anyone to assist me Via phone after i purchased my car. For a single issue, I had to contact them multiple times, and even then, no one called me back. I was forced to follow up repeatedly.
After purchasing the car, I noticed a strange noise coming from the braking system the next day. I contacted the Bristol motors Nissan Ilkeston several times, but no one was available to respond. Finally, after multiple attempts, I managed to speak with Nick(Store manager) regarding the issue. He kindly advised me to book an appointment with Nissan Brayleys in Wolverhampton.
At Wolverhampton Nissan Brayleys, I was asked about my car’s wheel nut, which I was unaware of. I contacted a salesperson at Bristol Motors Nissan Ilkeston, who suggested it might be in the glove box or the trunk. However, neither the Brayleys technician nor I could find it.
Fortunately, Nissan Brayleys had a master key, and they were able to temporarily fix the braking issue.
Now, I am trying to reach out to Bristol Motors Nissan Ilkeston to either find my wheel nut or arrange for a new set to be ordered.
It’s also worth mentioning that I had to take a day off work to address the braking system issue.
